What makes Seed oils so toxic & inflammatory?
Seed oils are quite the buzz these days and for good reason.
Most seeds oils are highly processed. The seed oil itself is not the cause of toxicity which causes the inflammation in the body, it is the way the oil is processed. The oil undergoes heavy processing and refining, which can strip away its natural nutrients. This process frequently involves high heat and chemical solvents, which can produce harmful trans fats and reduce the oil's nutritional value.
Oils such as sunflower and safflower are exceptionally high in omega-6 fatty acids. These fatty acids are essential in small amounts. Our formula have been 3rd party tested for Omega 3,6,& 9 having a perfect balance of essential fatty acids to nourishing the brain and nervous system.
Why would DBN have sunflower oil in its formula?
.Sunflower oil is considered a superfood for our formula. Although, only a small amount is used, Sunflower oil is picked specifically for a very unique fatty acids profile. It is the only other source that contains linoleic acid which is found in breastmilk. Sunflower oil has an impressive fatty acids profile that includes palmitate acid, oleic acid, lecithin carotenoids, selenium and again linoleic acid.
We understand in the last 5 years seed oils have become the hot topic due to the high inflammation they can cause. Most seed oils are highly processed using strong chemical hexanes to extract the oil leaving the oil rancid.
*All of our oil comes from an extremely green, gentle process which uses a slow chemical free & heat free process leaving a clean chemical free, nutrient rich oil. Sunflower oil is an extremely important due to it's impressive profile.
Our formulas are 3rd party tested for over 300 pesticides and chemicals, heavy metals, GMO's, Gluten, Soy & Corn. We are confident our formulas are the cleanest, real food formula on the market.

O2P™ stands out by not altering the molecular structure, isomeric or fatty acid profile, or nutritional value of the base oil. The process introduces no heat or oxygen, using a proprietary method without the need for sprayers, blenders, or other equipment that generates heat and destabilizes the oil. Operating at room temperature in a nitrogen-rich environment, O2P™ preserves the original oil profile, limits oxidation, and maintains stability. In the O2P™ process, oils or other liquids are embedded into the carrier particle itself, rather than merely being deposited on the surface. This increases oil load capacity and maintains low peroxide levels for extended shelf life.
